Easy Returns
Any unused items purchased between November 15, 2024 and January 1, 2025 can be returned until January 31, 2025. Purchases made before November 15, 2024 or after January 1, 2025 will be subject to our normal 30 day returns period.
We are happy to offer exchanges and returns within 30 days of the order delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

SHIPPING
If you use our return shipping label, a small fee will be deducted from your refund - $10.00 USD for soft goods (eg. outerwear, baselayers, apparel) and $20.00 USD for snowboards.
If you arrange your own return shipping, please know these shipping costs are non-refundable. Furthermore, if you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for damages incurred while shipping.

Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@whitespacesnow.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
