In the U.S., economy shipping is free on orders over $100 and $8 on orders under $100. Expedited shipping is also available, with rates based on destination and package weight. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

U.S. economy shipping typically takes 7–10 business days, including warehouse processing time. International orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days. Expedited delivery options and estimated arrival dates are available at checkout. Delivery times may be extended during holidays and high-volume periods.

WHITESPACE ships to many international destinations. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so applicable duties and taxes are included at checkout with no additional charges due upon delivery. Select your country from the site menu or enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm availability and view pricing in your local currency.

Our warehouse moves quickly to ship orders within 24 hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, email hello@whitespacesnow.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; a prepaid return label will be provided and the cost deducted from your refund. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. To start a return, visit our Returns Portal.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If you ordered the wrong size or have fit issues, we’ll do our best to make it right. Full-price items are eligible for exchanges within 30 days of delivery, and we cover the cost of exchange shipping. You can start an exchange through our Returns Portal. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Please note that, in accordance with Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A prepaid return label will be provided through our withdrawal portal, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped back to us, whichever occurs first.

The right of withdrawal applies to most purchases made through our store. Certain exceptions may apply, including digital products such as gift cards, as outlined in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

WHITESPACE snowboards are backed by a 4-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase. If your snowboard is determined to have a covered defect, WHITESPACE will repair or replace it at no charge.

The 4-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, impact damage, misuse, improper mounting, modifications, or other damage that results from use rather than a manufacturing defect. To submit a warranty claim, email hello@whitespacesnow.com with your contact information, proof of purchase, and photos clearly showing the issue. Our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps.
